Kate O'Toole

For several years, Kate has specialized in the valuation of intangible assets and business entities, across many industries, for financial reporting, tax, and management planning purposes.  Kate began her career working at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, focusing on risk management compliance procedures associated with the Sarbanes Oxley Act, before transitioning to business and intangible asset valuations.   Prior to joining the Franklin Nova group, Kate worked for Robert Half Management Resources, where she focused on the recruitment and placement of management and senior level finance, accounting, and business system professionals, on an interim basis.  Kate is a proud graduate of Robert Morris University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance, and the Community College of Beaver County where she earned an Associate in Applied Science, Business Management.
