For over 20 years, Glen has focused his career on matters ranging from the valuations of entire business entities to individual intangible assets. His work has been used to assist clients in meeting their financial reporting, tax planning, and business planning needs. Glen is well versed in leading purchase price allocation, goodwill impairment testing, and business valuation engagements. His work has been used for financial reporting, tax and management planning, as well as litigation and dispute purposes. Glen’s work has been reviewed by all of the “Big 4” accounting firms, the SEC, the IRS, and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (“PCAOB”). Prior to joining the Franklin Nova Group in 2015, Glen spent over 15 years in the Pittsburgh valuation practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. Glen is a proud alumni of Cornell University (BA – Economics) and the University of Pittsburgh (MBA) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.
